Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
* Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
* Maintain visitor records and office documentation
* Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office correspondence
* Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications
* Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Basic administrative and organizational skills
