We are seeking an General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of a five-star hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance in line with luxury hospitality standards
Responsibilities
• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and administration
• Ensure delivery of high-quality guest services and maintain five-star standards
• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and vendors
