Key Responsibilities

* Review operational reports and implement process improvements
* Drive employee performance, productivity, and organizational development
* Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external events

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
* MBA or Master’s degree preferred
* Strong leadership and business management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
* Financial and operational management expertise
* Proficiency in MS Office and business management systems
