The role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and coordinating with hotel/operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and operations teams
• Maintain guest records and ensure personalized service delivery
