We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive to ensure excellent guest experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating guest services in a professional hospitality environment. The role involves welcoming guests, managing special requests, and maintaining high service standards throughout the guest stay
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their stay
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B departments
• Manage VIP guests and special service requests
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
