We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive to ensure exceptional guest experiences by handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high hospitality service standards. The role involves welcoming guests, coordinating with hotel departments, managing VIP services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the guest stay

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and restaurant teams
