Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily hospital operations and administrative activities
* Ensure smooth coordination between departments, doctors, nursing staff, and support teams
* Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Monitor patient service quality and resolve operational issues effectively
* Manage hospital budgets, billing systems, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Master’s degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred
* Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulations
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office
