Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage staff and resources efficiently. The ideal candidate will drive profitability while maintaining high hospitality standards
Responsibilities
• Manage overall hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Supervise and train hotel staff
• Handle budgeting, revenue, and cost control
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues
• Maintain compliance with hospitality standards and regulations
• Prepare operational and financial reports
