We are hiring a Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service in luxury hotels and hospitality establishments at The Pearl-Qatar. The role involves handling guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and administrative coordination while ensuring a professional and welcoming guest experience
Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
• Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk communications
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping and guest service departments
