Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Hotel Staff to support daily hospitality operations and ensure excellent guest service experiences. The candidate should have good communication abilities, customer-handling skills, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, and supporting different hotel departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
• Assist guests with check-in, inquiries, and general service support professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, lobby, and service areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and service teams for smooth operations
• Support food service, room service, or front office activities when required
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing courteous and timely assistance at all times
