Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Hotel Staff to support daily hospitality operations and ensure excellent guest service experiences. The candidate should possess good communication abilities, customer-handling skills, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, supporting front office and housekeeping activities, and ensuring smooth hotel operations while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist guests with check-in, inquiries, and hospitality support services professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms, lobby areas, and hotel facilities efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support food service, room service, and guest assistance activities when required
• Ensure guest comfort, service quality, and compliance with hotel operational standards
