We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data, generate insights, and improve HR processes through reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (recruitment, attrition, performance, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports for HR metrics and KPIs
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain HR databases
• Support workforce planning and forecasting
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data systems

Experience Required
