We are looking for an HR Executive to support human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. The candidate will coordinate with employees and management, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
• Support employee relations and HR policy implementation
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases
