An HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and administrative tasks. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR processes and corporate work culture
Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment activities (posting job ads, screening resumes)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Help in attendance and leave management tracking
