An HR Intern supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed for students or fresh graduates to gain practical exposure in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation
Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes)
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Assist in attendance and leave management
• Handle basic HR documentation and filing
