We are seeking seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for construction projects, ensuring effective workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations
Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning for construction projects
• Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and documentation
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–6 years
Required Skills
Experience in manpower handling and site workforce management
Problem Solving
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and HR practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
