Job Description
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing and streamlining all day-to-day HR processes within the organization, including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and HR system administration. The role ensures smooth execution of HR policies, improves operational efficiency, and supports employee experience across the company. The HR Operations Manager also supervises HR teams and works closely with senior management to implement HR strategies effectively.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (joining, onboarding, transfers, exits)
• Oversee payroll processing coordination and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations
• Maintain and manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
• Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
• Improve and standardize HR operational processes and policies
