Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Coordinator Medical Claims to responsible for managing patient insurance processes, including claim documentation, approvals, and coordination with TPAs and insurers. The role ensures accurate and timely claim submissions while supporting patients throughout the insurance process. The coordinator works closely with billing and medical teams to minimize claim rejections. Additionally, the position focuses on compliance, accuracy, and efficient claim processing
Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end medical insurance claim processing
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals
• Verify patient insurance details and documentation
• Prepare and submit claim forms accurately
• Follow up on pending claims and resolve rejections
• Maintain records and reports of claims and approvals
