Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Executive to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system operations, provide technical assistance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of IT services
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security protocols are followed
• Manage data backups, recovery processes, and IT documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance services
