The role involves ensuring system performance, network security, and seamless digital operations. The manager supports staff and students/users with technical solutions. Additionally, the position focuses on system efficiency, data security, and technology integration

• Manage and maintain ERP systems and IT infrastructure
• Oversee smart classroom setup and functionality
• Ensure network security and data protection
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software maintenance
• Plan and implement IT upgrades and improvements
