We are hiring an IT Support Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT systems for industrial, commercial, and office facilities in Ras Abu Fontas. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, supporting network operations, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations for users and departments
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
• Provide technical support to users and departments
• Monitor and maintain network and system performance
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and service records
