The Lab Assistant supports laboratory operations by preparing samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting technicians and doctors in conducting tests. The role ensures smooth functioning of lab activities and accurate handling of specimens.
Responsibilities
• Collect and prepare samples (blood, urine, etc.)
• Assist in conducting laboratory tests and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the lab
• Handle and store specimens properly
• Label samples accurately to avoid errors
• Maintain records and documentation of tests
