we are seeking The Logistics Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations such as shipment tracking, documentation, inventory updates, and coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and transport teams. The role ensures smooth flow of goods from dispatch to delivery.
Responsibilities
• Manage and track shipments and deliveries
• Maintain logistics and transportation records
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and transport teams
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, delivery challans, etc.)
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
• Handle customer and vendor communication
