Job Description
The Logistics Assistant supports the logistics and supply chain team in managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
Responsibilities
• Assist in coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain and update delivery and dispatch records
• Track inventory levels and warehouse stock
• Support loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers
• Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents
