Job Description
We are seeking an organized Logistics Assistant to support transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities efficiently. The candidate should possess strong coordination abilities, documentation management skills, and experience handling logistics operations professionally. The role involves monitoring shipments, coordinating deliveries, maintaining logistics records, and supporting warehouse and transport operations while ensuring smooth movement of goods according to company procedures and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
• Assist with shipment coordination, transportation scheduling, and delivery tracking activities efficiently
• Maintain logistics records, inventory reports, and shipment documentation accurately and systematically
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and suppliers regarding dispatch and delivery operations
• Monitor stock movement and support inventory management and material handling
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures, transportation regulations, and company operational standards
