Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Mall General Manager to oversee the complete operations of a shopping mall in Ad Dakhiliyah, Oman. The role includes strategic leadership, tenant management, marketing execution, and overall profitability of the mall as a commercial destination.
Responsibilities
• Oversee complete mall operations, maintenance, security, and customer experience
• Manage leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, and retail mix strategy
• Drive marketing campaigns, events, and footfall growth initiatives
• Handle budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, and authorities ensuring compliance & reporting

Experience Required

Strong mall / retail / property management expertise
