Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mall General Manager to oversee overall mall operations, manage tenant relationships, and ensure smooth commercial and facility management activities efficiently. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, strategic operational expertise, and experience handling large-scale retail or shopping mall operations professionally. The role involves supervising mall staff, monitoring financial and operational performance, coordinating marketing and maintenance activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and business growth across all mall operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily mall operations including retail management, facility operations, security, and customer service activities
• Manage tenant relationships, lease coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth business operations
• Monitor mall financial performance, operational budgets, and revenue generation activities regularly
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, and promotional activities within the mall environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and customer service excellence throughout the mall
