Job Description
We are seeking an Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes for billing and insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards
Responsibilities
• Review patient medical records, reports, and treatment details
• Assign accurate codes using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS systems
• Verify and process insurance claims and billing data
• Identify and correct coding errors or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Stay updated with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations
