We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to manage product displays, monitor stock availability, and support retail sales operations efficiently. The candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, product presentation skills, and experience handling merchandising activities professionally. The role involves arranging products according to display standards, coordinating with sales teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring attractive product presentation to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Arrange and maintain product displays according to company merchandising and retail standards
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities with store and warehouse teams
• Conduct market visits and ensure proper product visibility and shelf organization regularly
• Maintain merchandising reports, stock records, and display documentation accurately
• Support promotional activities and ensure products are presented attractively to customers
