Job Description
We are seeking a Network Support Trainee to assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of networking concepts and a willingness to learn network operations and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities
• Assist in monitoring network connectivity and performance
• Support in troubleshooting basic LAN/WAN issues
• Help configure routers, switches, and network devices under supervision
• Maintain logs and network documentation
• Support senior engineers in network operations tasks
