We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage overall construction project operations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful execution of multiple projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of construction projects across multiple sites
• Plan, organize, and manage project execution activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues
• Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials
