Job Description
we are seeking passenger service agent responsible to Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage service interactions. Verify documents, update passenger records, and communicate flight-related information. Handle service recovery for delays, missed connections, and special assistance requests. Represent the airline or ground handler with professional customer service throughout the journey
Responsibilities
• Perform check-in and boarding procedures accurately.
• Verify tickets, ID, visas, and travel documents as required.
• Assist special-needs, elderly, and transit passengers.
• Handle flight disruption communication and rebooking support.
• Coordinate with gate, baggage, and airline operations teams.
