Job Description
The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculation, statutory compliance, and timely salary disbursement. The role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee salary records and attendance data
• Calculate overtime, deductions, incentives, and bonuses
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, and TDS compliance
• Prepare and distribute salary slips and payroll reports
• Coordinate with HR for attendance and leave management
