We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage employee salary processing, statutory compliance, and payroll records. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution
Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Maintain employee salary records and payroll data
• Calculate deductions, bonuses, overtime, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams
