A Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunctions caused by injury, illness, or aging. The role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving physical function and quality of life
Responsibilities
• Assess patients’ physical condition, movement, strength, and functional abilities
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy techniques
• Assist patients in post-surgical rehabilitation and injury recovery
• Educate patients on posture correction, mobility exercises, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
