Responsibilities
• Coordinate campus placement activities and drive student recruitment initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters
• Identify job opportunities and arrange interviews for students
• Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning
• Schedule and organize placement drives, interviews, and career events
• Track placement records and prepare reports
