We are hiring a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and build strong employer relationships. The role involves coordinating recruitment drives, connecting students with job opportunities, and ensuring successful placements.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate campus placement activities and recruitment drives
• Build and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals
• Identify job opportunities and arrange interviews for students
• Guide students in resume preparation and interview skills
• Organize job fairs, placement drives, and career workshops
• Track placement data and prepare reports
• Follow up with recruiters and students for successful onboarding
