Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Operations Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, optimizing operational processes, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Plant Operations & Monitoring
• Supervise day-to-day plant operations and production activities
• Monitor machinery, equipment, and system performance
• Ensure smooth operation of boilers, compressors, pumps, turbines, or production lines
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency situations
• Prepare performance reports and KPI analysis
• Document incidents, maintenance activities, and plant shutdowns

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–5 years
Required Skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience in plant operations or industrial facilities
Experience in power plants, manufacturing, oil & gas, or utilities preferred
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
Strong understanding of industrial plant systems
Languages
Arabic
