Job Description
We are hiring a Plant Operator to monitor and operate industrial plant equipment and process systems in refinery and petrochemical facilities in Mesaieed. The role involves controlling plant operations, monitoring process parameters, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring safe and efficient production activities
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor plant equipment and process systems
• Monitor pressure, temperature, flow, and operational parameters
• Conduct routine inspections and report abnormalities
• Support startup, shutdown, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
• Maintain production logs and operational reports

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
2–6 years
Required Skills
DCS/SCADA and process monitoring capability
Industrial plant operations expertise
Knowledge of refinery and petrochemical processes
Safety awareness and teamwork ability
Troubleshooting and operational problem-solving skills
