We are hiring a Plant Operator to operate and monitor industrial process equipment and production systems in refinery and petrochemical facilities in Mesaieed. The role involves monitoring operational parameters, conducting routine inspections, supporting startup and shutdown activities, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor plant machinery and process systems
• Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and production parameters
• Conduct routine inspections and identify operational abnormalities
• Support startup, shutdown, and maintenance activities
• Maintain operational logs and production reports

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
2–6 years
Required Skills
DCS/SCADA and process monitoring capability
Industrial plant operation expertise
Knowledge of refinery and petrochemical processes
Safety awareness and teamwork ability
Troubleshooting and operational problem-solving skills
