Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and inventory procurement processes efficiently. The candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, documentation skills, and experience handling procurement records and vendor communication professionally. The role involves preparing purchase requests, monitoring deliveries, maintaining procurement documentation, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and supplies according to company operational requirements and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, procurement requests, and supplier communication activities
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and material availability
• Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and inventory-related reports accurately
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies
• Support procurement teams in supplier evaluations and purchasing process coordination
