We are hiring a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role involves vendor negotiations, purchase order management, inventory coordination, and maintaining procurement records. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of procurement operations
Responsibilities
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for goods and services
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier agreements
• Maintain procurement records and monitor inventory requirements
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with company procurement policies
