Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely purchasing of materials and services according to operational requirements. The candidate should possess strong negotiation abilities, procurement management expertise, and experience handling purchasing operations professionally. The role involves developing procurement strategies, monitoring purchasing budgets, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and contract coordination
• Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support operational efficiency
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase records, and budget analysis documentation accurately
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and company operational procedures
