The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and closing property sales or rentals. The role involves client interaction, site visits, negotiation, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing channels
• Explain and promote residential and commercial properties to clients
• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers/renters
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
