Job Description

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, and handle daily administrative communication efficiently. The role involves coordinating appointments, managing calls and records, and supporting smooth office operations through effective front office management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and clients professionally while managing front desk operations efficiently
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain front office records accurately
• Support administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and office coordination activities
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception and waiting areas
