Job Description
We are seeking a Recovery Executive to manage loan recovery and collection activities, follow up with customers for pending payments, and support the reduction of overdue accounts. The candidate will coordinate with clients, maintain recovery records, and ensure smooth execution of collection processes in line with company policies.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for overdue loan and payment collections
• Conduct field visits for recovery and repayment discussions
• Maintain recovery records, reports, and payment tracking sheets
• Negotiate repayment plans and support settlement processes
• Ensure compliance with recovery policies and ethical practices
