We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Reservation Manager to oversee booking operations and ensure efficient reservation management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy/revenue while delivering excellent customer service
Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Optimize room/table allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinate with front office and operations teams for smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate reservation records and generate reports
• Handle customer inquiries, modifications, and cancellations professionally
