Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Resort Staff to support daily hospitality operations and ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay. The candidate should possess good communication abilities, customer-handling skills, and the capability to work efficiently in a resort or hospitality environment. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, supporting front office and housekeeping activities, and ensuring smooth resort operations while delivering high levels of guest satisfaction and comfort.
Responsibilities
• Assist guests with check-in, inquiries, room support, and hospitality-related services professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resort rooms, public areas, and guest facilities efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and food service teams for smooth daily operations
• Support resort activities, guest requests, and customer service operations as required
• Ensure guest comfort, hygiene standards, and compliance with resort operational procedures
