Job Description
We are seeking hardworking Resort Workers to support daily hospitality operations and ensure guests receive a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay. The candidate should possess good communication abilities, teamwork skills, and the capability to work efficiently in resort or tourism environments. The role involves assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness of resort facilities, supporting service operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hospitality activities while following company service standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist guests with resort services, room support, and general hospitality-related activities professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resort rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities
• Support housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams during daily resort operations
• Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure hygiene standards, safety procedures, and resort operational guidelines are followed consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resort rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities
