Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day retail store operations
* Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
* Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
* Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance
* Handle cash management, billing, and store documentation
* Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
* Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
* 3–6 years of experience in retail operations or store management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and customer handling abilities
* Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, reporting tools)
